The problem
Condo boards meet every month, and someone has to turn each meeting into minutes: open-session minutes owners can see, confidential in-camera notes kept apart, and approval from every director. Drafts often take weeks, and property managers repeat the work for every corporation they manage.
What EasyBoard does
EasyBoard records the meeting in Microsoft Teams (or takes an uploaded recording), transcribes it, drafts open-session and restricted minutes, and sends them to directors for approval. The AI writes the draft; your board reviews, corrects and approves it.
